HyPrSpace

Founded in 2019 and headquartered in Le Haillan, France, HyPrSpace develops patented hybrid rocket propulsion systems using solid HDPE fuel and liquid oxygen for small satellite launches. The company is building two launch vehicles: Baguette One, a suborbital demonstrator, and Orbital Baguette-1 (OB-1), capable of delivering up to 250 kg to low Earth orbit. HyPrSpace raised a €21 million Series A round and is targeting a first suborbital test flight in 2026, with orbital launches to follow. The company is backed by CNES and serves both civil and defense customers.
