BridgeComm, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Lafayette, Colorado, develops secure optical wireless communications terminals and networks for defense, government, and commercial aerospace customers. The company produces ruggedized optical ground stations and supports space-to-ground and space-to-air laser links, with stated throughput capabilities ranging from 2.5 Gbps to 1 Tbps. BridgeComm has announced an exclusive agreement with X-Lumin Corporation to manufacture and deliver optical ground stations, and has demonstrated connectivity alongside Taj Quantum.
