Infostellar operates StellarStation, a cloud-based platform that virtualizes a distributed global network of satellite ground stations through a sharing economy model. The platform enables satellite operators to access antenna capacity for downlinks, uplinks, and telemetry, tracking, and command operations across UHF, S, X, and Ka frequency bands. Operators integrate via API to schedule communication windows and route data directly to cloud environments without building dedicated ground infrastructure. Antenna owners monetize idle capacity through the platform. Infostellar maintains headquarters in Tokyo and operates a growing international network of partner ground stations, including NorthBase in Finland and facilities in the Azores. The company also offers StellarStation Box, a hardware interface that enables ground station owners to integrate existing antennas into the network infrastructure.

Infostellar serves commercial satellite operators in Earth observation and small-satellite sectors, alongside government agencies including JAXA and ESA, with whom the company participates in the European Space Agency's General Support Technology Programme. The company holds exclusive representation rights for ground station operator Leaf Space in the Japanese market and provides radio licensing and frequency coordination services for international operators. Infostellar was founded in 2016 and remains privately held at Series B funding stage, backed by investors including Airbus Ventures, Sony Innovation Fund, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital, and Daiwa Corporate Investment.
