LuxSpace
Luxembourg-based microsatellite integrator building small satellite systems and space applications for institutional
LuxSpace designs, manufactures, integrates, and operates small satellite systems and space-based services from its facility in Betzdorf, Luxembourg. The company handles the full project lifecycle, from system engineering and subsystem procurement through cleanroom assembly, test, and on-orbit operations. Its work spans Earth observation and maritime monitoring, with ground segment operations running around the clock. LuxSpace developed the Triton-X microsatellite platform, a roughly 200 kg LEO spacecraft with high-performance onboard processing optimized for rideshare launches, under an ESA ARTES contract. The Triton-2/ESAIL satellite launched in September 2020. Founded in November 2004 as a subsidiary of OHB SE, LuxSpace serves customers including ESA, European Union institutions, satellite operators, and defence clients as part of the broader OHB group network.
