NearSpace Launch, Inc. (NSL) is a small satellite manufacturer and communications hardware company founded by Hank Voss and Jeff Dailey and headquartered in Upland, California. NSL produces CubeSat systems and subsystems—including the EyeStar Radio, TROOP, and FastBus platforms—and has launched over 100 satellites and 900 systems and subsystems. The company's EyeStar radio leverages commercial satellite-to-satellite networks to provide continuous, pole-to-pole connectivity independent of ground station contact. NSL has collaborated with government agencies including NASA, AFRL, SSC, and DARPA, as well as more than 100 commercial and academic teams.
