NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) is a wholly owned Government of India Public Sector Undertaking incorporated on 6 March 2019 under the Department of Space, serving as the commercial arm of ISRO. Its mandate includes producing PSLV and SSLV launch vehicles through industry consortia, providing launch services, leasing transponder capacity on the INSAT/GSAT fleet, and offering satellite manufacturing, remote sensing, and technology transfer services. NSIL operates from ISRO Headquarters in Bengaluru with an authorized share capital of ₹7,500 crore.
