Israeli LEO nano-satellite startup building the BeetleSat Ka-band constellation for global connectivity
Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Airport City, Israel, NSLComm (now also operating as BeetleSat) develops LEO nano-satellite communication systems featuring a deployable antenna technology for Ka-band connectivity. The company launched its first satellite, NSLSat-1, in July 2019 aboard a Soyuz rocket, and a second satellite in January 2023 on a SpaceX Falcon 9. Its planned BeetleSat constellation of 264 satellites received an operating license in Nigeria in January 2026.
