Pan Galactic (Pan Galactic Developments Ltd) is a Hull, UK-based company developing quantum-resistant digital infrastructure for space, including GalacticOS (a plug-and-play quantum-secure operating system), GalacticQSL (a post-quantum encryption library), and GalacticQB (quantum-resistant blockchain networks). The company is a participant in the Seraphim Mission 15 cohort and holds offices at the University of Hull Enterprise Centre as well as in Monrovia, California. Its products target NIST-compliant quantum-safe encryption standards for space data and applications.
