Parsons Corporation, founded in 1944 and headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, provides engineering, consulting, and technology solutions to federal agencies, defense clients, and civil infrastructure customers. On the space side, the company designs and upgrades launch complexes at facilities including Cape Canaveral and Vandenberg Space Force Base, covering launch pads, fueling systems, and tracking networks. In 2022, NOAA's Office of Space Commerce selected Parsons to develop components of TraCSS, a space traffic management system built to track satellites and orbital debris and reduce collision risk in congested orbits.
