Precision Aerospace Holdings, LLC is a privately held aerospace and defense manufacturing platform formed in June 2022 through a partnership of Dallas-based private investment firms CIC Partners and Juniper Capital Management. The company focuses on hard metal, tight-tolerance machining and manufacturing of complex components for critical space, aerospace, and defense programs. It built its platform through multiple acquisitions, including Applegate EDM, Icon Machine Co., Owens Machine and Tool Company, Decatur Machine Services, and Clearwater Engineering. In April 2026, the company was acquired by Precinmac, a portfolio company of Centerbridge Partners.
