Designs and manufactures aerospace valves and fluid control components for launch vehicles and ground support
Precision Fluid Controls (PFC), founded in 2004 by Peggy Stevens and Tom Ritchart, designs, manufactures, and tests a broad range of valves—including throttling, ball, check, relief, solenoid, and regulator types—for launch vehicles and ground support applications. The company is headquartered in Lincoln, California, and machines the majority of its components in-house using Mazak equipment. Customers include major commercial launch vehicle companies and NASA facilities such as Stennis Space Center, Marshall Space Flight Center, and Kennedy Space Center, as well as Air Force installations including Arnold and Edwards Air Force Bases.
