PRKK LLC was founded in 2006 to provide specialized technical consulting to U.S. national security space programs. The firm focused on counter space analysis, space domain awareness, space situational awareness, system engineering, AI applications, and modeling and simulation. Its clients included the Office of the Secretary of Defense Strategic Capabilities Office, U.S. Space Force, the Space Security and Defense Program, and the Intelligence Community, with operations in Washington D.C., Colorado Springs, and Vandenberg SFB. In 2023, PRKK was acquired by Systems Planning and Analysis, an Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company, to expand SPA's space and intelligence practice.
