(RTS), founded in 2015 and headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO, provides radiation effects testing and analysis of semiconductor devices and materials for space, airborne, and ground environments. The company offers spacecraft design analysis, component qualification, and consulting to help customers mitigate radiation-related design and mission risk. In 2021, RTS acquired Cobham RAD Inc., expanding its capabilities, and operates a 35,000 sq ft commercial laboratory with equipment including flash X-ray systems, a Pelletron electron beam, and laser single-event effects test systems.
