Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Florida, Saturn Satellite Networks (SSN) designs and develops small satellite platforms targeting GEO and non-geostationary orbit applications. The company developed the NationSat, a small GEO communications satellite that passed its Preliminary Design Review in 2019, and subsequently advanced three additional platforms: the Intelligent Space Node GEO, ISN NGSO, and a MiniGEOSat. SSN has also signed an MOU with Korean launch vehicle startup Innospace to jointly develop KyleSat, a low Earth orbit satellite intended for 5G non-terrestrial network applications.
