Simera Sense

Simera Sense designs and manufactures satellite cameras, imager electronics, and image processing tools for Earth observation and space situational awareness missions. Its products cover multispectral, hyperspectral, and full-motion imaging, and the company supplies payloads to satellite operators and integrators globally. Customers have included Innovative Solutions in Space, LatConnect60, and Infinite Orbits, whose Orbit Guard SSA mission — part of the CNES France 2030 program — uses a Simera Sense payload. A partnership with Zaitra targets on-orbit AI inference through an Edge Suite. Headquartered in Belgium with offices in South Africa, France, and the United Kingdom, the company opened its Toulouse hub in 2024 to deepen its European presence. The SSA Scape100 Full Motion camera, launched in 2026, addresses space domain awareness for European security applications.
