Southern Launch is an Australian spaceport operator and launch services provider headquartered in Adelaide. Founded in 2017, the company owns and operates two facilities licensed by the Australian Space Agency: the Whalers Way Orbital Launch Complex on the Eyre Peninsula and the Koonibba Test Range near Ceduna. Whalers Way supports polar and sun-synchronous orbit trajectories, while the Koonibba Test Range is the largest commercial rocket testing facility in the Southern Hemisphere, supporting suborbital launches, orbital re-entries, and hypersonic vehicle testing. Southern Launch provides end-to-end mission services and was developed in collaboration with the Koonibba Community Aboriginal Corporation.
