Space42 is a UAE-based space technology company formed in 2024 through the merger of Bayanat AI and Al Yah Satellite Communications (Yahsat). Listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, the company operates through two business units: Space Services and Smart Solutions. The Space Services unit provides satellite communications through the Thuraya and YahClick brands, covering over 150 countries. The Smart Solutions unit delivers geospatial data acquisition, processing, and AI-driven analytics through its GIQ multi-intelligence platform.
