Vimotek AB, founded in 2022 and based in Luleå, Sweden, develops rendezvous and proximity operations (RPO) solutions including AI-driven sensing, perception, and control systems, digital twins for mission simulation, and LiDAR sensors for satellite navigation. The company serves spacecraft manufacturers and operators targeting use cases such as inspection, refuelling, repair, and space situational awareness. Vimotek is a selected partner in the European Defence Fund-backed BODYGUARD consortium, a €6.5 million project coordinated by Agenium Space, and has received funding support from the Swedish National Space Agency.
