Wayren

Founded in 2020 by Henry Härm, Oliver Tiit, and Tarmo Aya, Wayren OÜ is a Tallinn-based technology company that developed Singularity, a resilient decentralized communications platform designed to operate under bandwidth constraints, signal disruptions, and off-grid conditions. The platform supports mesh networks across digital radios, satellite, Bluetooth, and LoRa links and is targeted at defense, emergency response, and other mission-critical markets. In April 2025, Wayren raised €7.9M from Greek defense and aerospace company EFA GROUP, following earlier funding from BSV Ventures, DEPO Ventures, and the Estonian Ministry of Defense. The company was incubated at ESA BIC Estonia in 2023–2024.
