Winse Power Oy, founded in 2023 in Tampere, Finland, develops light-based energy systems including power-by-light and novel photovoltaic applications. The company manufactures its own optoelectronic semiconductor chips in-house and provides complete system integration from semiconductors to optics and mechanical assembly. Winse Power is a participant in the European Space Agency Business Incubation Center and was co-founded by Arto Aho, Veikka Nikander, and Ville Polojärvi.
