Momentus designs, manufactures, and operates the Vigoride orbital service vehicle (OSV), an orbital transfer vehicle that transports satellites from standard rideshare drop-off points to customer-specified orbits. The company also offers the M-1000 satellite bus, a modular platform accommodating 350 to 800 kilograms of payload with integrated power, thermal, and communication systems. Momentus propulsion systems use a proprietary Microwave Electrothermal Thruster that converts distilled water into high-temperature plasma for orbital maneuvering, offering a non-toxic, efficient alternative to chemical propellants.
