OHB SE is a German space and technology group headquartered in Bremen, operating across three business segments: Space Systems, Aerospace, and Digital. The Space Systems division develops, builds, and operates satellites for Earth observation, navigation, telecommunications, science, and reconnaissance, including the Galileo navigation constellation and Meteosat Third Generation weather satellites. The Aerospace segment, centered on subsidiary MT Aerospace, manufactures structural components and fuel tanks for the Ariane 6 launcher. The Digital segment handles satellite ground systems, operations, cybersecurity, and geospatial data services. Founded in 1981, OHB holds prime contracts for the SARah reconnaissance satellite system, the PLATO exoplanet observatory, the CO2M emissions monitoring mission, and the RAMSES asteroid mission.
