Designs, manufactures, and integrates nanosatellites and small satellite subsystems, with constellation operations and advanced mission capabilities for defense, civil, and commercial customers
GomSpace designs, integrates, and manufactures nanosatellites and small satellite subsystems for defense, government, academic, and commercial customers worldwide. Founded in 2007 as a spinoff from Aalborg University in Denmark, the company has delivered systems to customers in over 60 countries and launched more than 75 satellites into orbit. GomSpace produces over 2,000 flight-proven subsystem products annually, including electrical power systems, software-defined radios, on-board computers, reaction wheels, and satellite structures ranging from 6U to 16U form factors. The company also offers complete platform kits that provide a fast-track path from payload to orbit.
Through its HOOP (Hands-off Operations Platform), GomSpace provides automated satellite constellation management and ground operations services. Its Advanced Missions unit supports complex programs including ESA's Hera asteroid mission via the Juventas CubeSat. Listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2016 under the ticker GOMX, GomSpace operates from its headquarters in Aalborg with additional offices in Luxembourg, Sweden, France, and the United States. The company is organized into five business units spanning products, satellite systems, national defense solutions, advanced missions, and North America.
