Develops fully and rapidly reusable medium-lift launch vehicles for orbital access, in-space mobility, and cargo return

About

Stoke Space designs and manufactures Nova, a fully reusable medium-lift launch vehicle. Nova consists of a methane and liquid oxygen first stage powered by the Zenith full-flow staged combustion engine, and a hydrogen and liquid oxygen upper stage featuring the Andromeda engine with an actively cooled metallic heat shield enabling atmospheric reentry and vertical landing without tile refurbishment. Nova delivers up to 7,000 kg to LEO expendable and 3,000 kg fully reusable.

The company operates from its headquarters in Kent, Washington, with a test facility in Moses Lake, Washington and launch operations at Launch Complex 14 at Cape Canaveral. Stoke serves commercial and government customers including through the U.S. Space Force NSSL Phase 3 Lane 1 program. The company has raised $1.34 billion to date, including an $860 million Series D as of February 2026. Stoke also operates Boltline, a software platform for hardware engineering and manufacturing operations.
